Questions
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. €10 per key, once. There is no subscription and nothing to unlock later.
What do I need?
A Mac with macOS 14 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. For talking and AI tasks, a Claude Code or Codex login on that Mac. Everything else works without one.
Do I pay for the AI?
Momo talks through the Claude or ChatGPT account you already have, so there's nothing extra to pay us. Your provider's own plans and limits apply.
Can I choose my look?
No. Momo hatches and rolls its own look and personality. Play with every part in the look editor to see what you could get.
What is a reroll?
A reroll key (€10) hatches your Momo again for a new look and personality. Its memory and friends stay. Each reroll key works once, on one Mac.
How many Macs can I use a key on?
A key is for one person. Momo can still visit your other Macs nearby.
My download broke. What now?
Enter the same key again within 24 hours, up to 5 times, for a fresh download link.
macOS says it can't open Momo.
This build isn't notarized by Apple yet. The install guide has the fix.
Can I get a refund?
See Refunds and withdrawal for your rights and how to ask.
Windows, iPhone or Android?
Not yet. Momo is Mac only for now.
